Lisa Noah is the Account Operations Manager for Nick Ferbert’s financial consulting practice at Baystate Financial. Lisa’s role on the team is to facilitate various processes related to the opening and maintenance of investment accounts and insurance policies in order to keep our operations streamlined and ensure proper and timely execution of our clients’ financial strategies.
Lisa is the former branch manager of Scottrade in Newton, with over 18 years of experience working in the investment industry. She began her career at Scottrade shortly after graduating from Babson College in Wellesley with a BA in Business Administration and a dual concentration in finance and economics. There, she was promoted from intern to Stock Broker, then to Branch Manager in Shrewsbury. Shortly after, she was transferred to be Branch Manager of Newton to focus in on high net worth clientele, where she managed the location for over 14 years. Lisa holds her Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 and securities registrations.
During her time at Scottrade, Lisa managed a team of Investment Consultants and the day to day operations of the branch including portfolio management, compliance and risk management, and relationship management. She also served on the executive advisory committee of the firm.
Lisa grew up near Syracuse, NY and moved to the Boston area after graduating from Babson College. She now lives in Ashland, MA with her husband, David, and their sons, Marshall and Maxwell. In her free time, Lisa enjoys family trips to the beach during the summer and skiing in the winter. She also likes to crochet and each year donates hats to children in need of warm clothes.
